Airtel Business hires Heena Naithani as Head - Human Resources

Bharti Airtel has appointed Heena Naithani as Head of HR - Airtel Business. This appointment follows after the company appointed Harish Laddha as CEO – Emerging business.

Naithani holds an MBA from Management Development Institute and an Economics degree from Miranda House, University of Delhi.

Naithani has over 14 years of experience as an HR professional. She has worked in industries such as Telecom, Projects and Financial industries. She worked at Citi India for 10 years, most recently as VP - HR, before joining HR. In this role, she supported businesses including Consumer Operations, Commercial Banking and Institutional Clients Group.

Earlier, Naithani had worked with Essar, wherein in her last role, she was a part of the Corporate HR team and responsible for Talent Acquisition across senior and middle levels for Telecom, Realty and Projects business of the Essar Group.
