Akhil Gupta, Chairman, Bharti Infratel, will address the keynote session at Telecom Manthan, a conference of Telecom Ecosystem and Talent pool in India.

Voice&Data in association with Telecom Sector Skill Council is organizing the event in New Delhi on 23rd February, 2018.
The conference would bring the Telecom industry, Livelihood seekers, Academia, Training Partners and Government under one roof to deliberate on issues such as:
• Challenges and Opportunities
• Emerging New Technologies
• The path forward in the Telecom space for Academia and students
• A perception of new opportunities, and the required skills for new job roles that are likely to emerge.

Some of the sessions would revolve around: Telecom as a driver of change- Challenges and Opportunities, Managing the Talent supply chain- Synergizing Industry- Academia Relationships, Emerging Skill Ecosystem for ‘Digital India’ and ‘Skill India’.
Lt. Gen Dr. SP Kochhar, CEO TSSC, said: “TSSC endeavors to create a bridge between available students/ job seekers and the employing industry/ entrepreneurship. We work in close coordination with industry and students, very closely supervised and regulated by Government.”

“Our aim is to skill people as per the requirements of the employing industry and help provide livelihood. Thus, we endeavor to contribute our mite to the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision of making India the skill capital of the world. In this path, ensuring quality in training and flexibility in execution is paramount in our approach to skilling. Telecom Manthan 2018, is another initiative in this direction.”
