NEW DELHI: Keysight Technologies has launched a range of devices--E7515A UXM wireless test set with LTE-A and W-CDMA/HSPA+ test solution enhancements, E6640A EXM Wireless Test Set, the M8020A J-BERT high-performance BERT, the M8195A 65 GSa/s Arbitrary Waveform Generator, the U5850 series TrueIR thermal imager and the Infiniium V-Series oscilloscopes, to support the 'Digital India' and 'Make in India' initiatives of the government.
The new products enable designers and manufacturers in the digital and wireless domain to gain insight into new solutions and advanced ‘Made in India’ product innovations.
The products were launched during the Keysight Measurement Insights 2015, which provided a forum to see the latest technologies, interact with real-world product demonstrations, attend technical presentations, and network with industry experts.
“It gives us great pleasure to organize the second edition of Keysight Measurement Insights. The event has become all the more important this year, in the backdrop of the government’s ‘Digital India’ and ‘Make in India’ initiative,” said Sudhir Tangri, Country General Manager, Keysight Technologies India.
Keysight Measurement Insights is providing a core platform for industry leaders to discuss and find solutions for challenging design and test issues.
“We are committed to assist in India’s burgeoning role for tomorrow’s electronics and mobile manufacturing. The products that we have introduced today are well positioned to cater to the needs of Indian customers. We are excited about the opportunities shaping up in the country and initiatives like ‘Make in India’ and ‘Digital India’ will take our nation a long way in the days to come,” added Tangri.
Product Snapshot
E7515A UXM Wireless Test Set, LTE-A and W-CDMA/HSPA+ Enhancements: The UXM is a highly-integrated signaling test set created for functional and RF design validation in the 4G era and beyond. It provides the integrated capabilities customers need to test the newest designs, delivering LTE-Advanced data rates up to 600Mbps now and handling more complex requirements later. Used to validate new chipsets or user interfaces for cellular communications.Keysight J-BERT M8020A: It enables fast, accurate receiver characterization of single- and multi-lane devices running up to 16 or 32 Gb/s. With today’s highest level of integration, the M8020A streamlines your test setup. In addition, automated in situ calibration of signal conditions ensures accurate and repeatable measurements. And, through interactive link training, it can behave like your DUT’s link partner. All in all, the J-BERT M8020A will accelerate insight into your design.
EXM wireless test set: It provides ultimate scalability and port density to help device manufacturers keep pace with production capacity needs and preserve their investment in the future. The test set enables full parallel testing of multiple, multi-format devices simultaneously within a compact design.
M8195A: It is a new arbitrary waveform generator (AWG) with the highest combination of speed, bandwidth and channel density. It allows engineers to generate digital, multilevel (e.g. PAM4, MIPI C-PHY) signal scenarios and test their electrical and optical links with complex modulated signals up to 32 GBaud and beyond. This makes the M8195A the most versatile AWG in the industry.
Infiniium V-Series oscilloscopes: It provide superior measurement accuracy, enhanced analysis tools and advanced probing systems. With models that range from 8 GHz to 33 GHz, the V-Series enables circuit designers and engineers to make rapid progress from first silicon to eventual product release.
U5850 series TrueIR thermal imagers: The U5856A and U5857A can perform temperature measurements up to 650 degrees C and 1200 degrees C respectively. This allows users to detect a wide temperature range for various applications such as petrochemical and steel processing, electrical and mechanical applications, building maintenance and even electronics applications.
With the shift towards predictive maintenance in industrial settings, the U5850 series allows technicians and engineers to efficiently and safely detect abnormalities without shutting down the system.Keysight's U5850 series TrueIR thermal imagers: It is among the first in its range of thermal imagers that include four times in-camera fine resolution of 320 x 240 pixels from a 160 x 120 pixel detector. Together with the manual focus feature, allowing users to focus on an object as close as 10 cm, our solution provides clearer, sharper and reveals finer details to detect problems even faster.
