Auto Expo 2020 is scheduled to commence from 7th to 12th February at Indian Expo Mart in Greater Noida. It aims at creating an enthralling experience for the visitors by resuscitating a new brand image which will not only focus on static display of motor vehicles, but will focus on ‘Entire Mobility Eco-System’, enveloped by the theme of “Co-Create, Co-Exist and Celebrate”.
New automakers as well as existing cars brands are likely to showcase a range of new cars, concepts and future technologies at the biennial event.
Below is a list of gigantic Chinese car manufacturers to watch out for at the 2020 Auto Expo:
Great Wall Motors (GWM)

First on this list is Great Wall Motors (GWM), who is anticipated to make a big-bang entry into the Auto Expo 2020 – The Motor Show. GWM will do the global premier of Haval Concept H and the Indian debut of Concept vehicle Vision 2025. Apart from this GWM will also showcase its excellence and strength in automotive technology with its range of Haval SUVs, GWM EV products, and innovations in the area intelligent safety, connectivity and advanced autonomous systems. GWM can be visited at the Hall No. 1 in Auto Expo and will have one of biggest pavilion this year.
MG Motors

British automotive brand MG Motor (owned by Chinese firm SAIC Motor) has announced its plan to showcase a range of future mobility solutions at the upcoming 2020 Auto Expo. The company says that its pavilion will focus on internet, electric and autonomous cars, and will have a range of 14 cars across hatchback, sedans and utility vehicle segments, on display.

Haima Automobile

One of the oldest Chinese automaker, FAW (First Automobile Works) Haima has also confirmed its India debut at the Auto Expo. The company after its initial manufacturing and sale of rebadged Mazdas now has in-house SUVs, MPVs, and electric vehicles on its own Haima Global Architecture (HMGA) platform. Haima sells a wide range of hatchbacks, sedans, Utility Vehicles and EVs in China.
The 2020 Auto Expo will give us a preview of what to expect in the near future from Haima and we do expect EVs to form the core part in their domestic exercise.
