NEW DELHI: Axis Communications has showcased its latest line of products and solutions, which range from technology optimized video surveillance to modular miniature camera, at the Axis Summit 2015.
Axis claims that its flagship Zipstream technology, which is optimized for video surveillance, can reduce bandwidth and storage requirements up to 50%.
With video surveillance going beyond monitoring to heat mapping, smart analytics, thermal imagery, selective motion detection and identification, among various others, Axis sees it driving growth across various industries and government applications.

Some of the solutions which were unveiled today were--AXIS Q3709-PVE Network Camera, AXIS Q29 Series, which is Axis’ first temperature alarm cameras, Axis Q6115-E PTZ cameras and AXIS P3225-LV/-LVE Network Cameras.
This year, Axis Communications’ Academy is also celebrating 10 years, a training initiative that since its inception in 2005 has helped more than 50,000 partners to strengthen their network video knowledge and offerings. The channel partner network has grown from about 2,000 to more than 75,000 partners, in 179 countries.
