BENGALURU: IT services company, Happiest Minds Technologies, headquartered in Bengaluru, has acquired a specialized IoT company Cupola Technology. This strategic acquisition is in line with Happiest Minds’ vision to expand upon its already thriving IoT business by bringing in complimentary frameworks, ready to use solutions and marquee customers.
Cupola Technology was founded in 2011 by Ajay Agrawal and Huzefa Saifee. The company so far has delivered high value IoT projects to customers globally.
