While the company has been serving more than 30 clients in the India, the US, Singapore and MENA markets and executing several e-commerce projects, the need for talent has also been growing. Thus, Iksula made a strategic decision to open its new delivery center in Indore based on the pivotal factor – the city’s educational hub. Being home to renowned technical and management institutions, Indore serves as a great pool of talent for companies like Iksula.

Commenting on the new development, Samarjeet Singh, CEO and Founder, Iksula, said, “Indore has a unique profile and inherent advantages that could cater to specific needs of our industry. Being the commercial capital of the state and a pool of talented resources, Indore is now seeing huge investments from the likes of Infosys & TCS; making it the ideal location for our new delivery center.”

Singh added, “We’ve always had an aggressive growth strategy; growing from a 100+ team to 700+ team in just 4 years. And as we continue on our growth chart - acquiring new businesses and scaling existing ones - we hope to create 750-1,000 new jobs in Indore.”
