The first 5G internet plan from Reliance Jio is now available. The Rs 61 plan, which can be found on Jio.com and the My Jio app, comes as an add-on data pack that enables consumers to use 5G data on their 5G-enabled devices with a Jio SIM.
On the website and mobile app, the new Jio prepaid plan may be found in the 5G upgrade area. Users will receive 5G speed internet on their smartphones when they recharge their number with this Rs 61 data package.
The plan includes 6 GB of mobile data overall. The package is compatible with various prepaid plans from Jio. Rs 119, Rs 149, Rs 179, Rs 199 and Rs 209. It should b mentioned that Jio True 5G has been intoduced lately, and consumers have been encouraged to take advantage of the Jio Welcome offer in places where the limitless 5G bandwidth is available.
It must not be forgotten that the Jio Rs 61 plan is not a standalone package, as was previously stated. It is just an add-on plan that can be added as an additional recharge on the one that is currently in effect for your phone number. Therefore, it lacks any validity. The user's present plan will determine the validity.
Reliance Jio is the only telco in India to opt for Standalone 5G. SA (Standalone) structure’s need for a separate network distinguishes 5G as an independent technology since it is not installed on current 4G networks. Due to its complete separation from the 4G network, 5G SA is not constrained by it.
Jio is rolling out its True-5G beta services in a phased manner and is seeking customer feedback as it expands the service to new cities.
If you are a Reliance Jio user with a 5G-enabled smartphone, you could get your hands on ‘True 5G’ as a part of a beta trial for the 5G service. Reliance Jio is launching 5G services as a part of the beta trial since October 5th, 2022. As it goes without saying, it will be available for a selected set of customers. Only Invited Jio Welcome Offer users will get Unlimited 5G Data with up to 1 Gbps+ speed at no additional cost.
