Mumbai: In its second acquisition in a row, Pune-based Nihilent Technologies has brought majority stake in Intellect Bizware, a Mumbai-based specialist SAP consulting and services company for an undisclosed amount.
With this acquisition, Nihilent aims to consolidate its capabilities in ERP consulting and implementation, business process optimization and software product development.
Nihilent had acquired US-based BI and analytics solution provider GNET in October last year. As a comprehensive IT and consulting services provider, it will now have increased width and depth in its offerings in the global ICT market, including digital transformation, natural language processing, mobility solutions, analytics and BI and enterprise applications.
