Seshagiri Rao selected for CMD TCIL

NEW DELHI: Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended the name of A Seshagiri Rao Director (NP &M) Railtel for the post of CMD, Telecommunications Consultant of India Limited (TCIL). Rao is an Electronics and Communication Engineer from J.N.T.U., Kakinada (Andhra Pradesh).

He started his career in Railways as an IRSSE officer and worked in all fields of Signalling & Telecommunication.

Rao worked in Microwave maintenance, maintenance of Signalling and Communication in major Divisions, construction works of Signalling such as Panel, Route relay and SSI, installations and planning of the works and works programme for the Railways before joining RailTel on deputation initially.

He has more than 28 years of experience in the field of Electronics and Communication.
