NEW DELHI: Smartisan Technologies has set up its first OEM unit in Uttar Pradesh's Noida, the unit will manufacture superior quality mobile batteries, power banks and VR headsets.
With an installed capacity of 12 million units annually, Smartisan Technologies aspires to be the preferred OEM supplier to leading brands in the country. The already functional state of the art unit will address logistical issues facing Indian brands while importing products – i.e. long shipping durations, expensive air freights costs and delays and congestions at ports – all impacting sales. Smartisan with its in-house R&D, design, manufacturing and testing expertise, will cater to client requirements with superior quality products within the shortest period of time and at economical rates. The company is expecting to sell over 6.5 million – 7 million units in the current financial year and is already in talks with a 5-6 leading players.
