Start-up firm MyOperator roped in for PM Modi’s Mann Ki Baat

NEW DELHI: MyOperator, the call management system on the cloud, has tied up with the Government of India to provide its cloud telephony services for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s radio program 'Mann Ki Baat'.

In the program Mann Ki Baat, which is aired through All India Radio, the Prime Minister addresses the nation on a variety of subjects and matters of national relevance.

The start-up firm would use cloud telephony solutions and handle the just launched toll free number 1800-3000-7800.

To date, one had to log on to the open forum on the MyGov.in website or send letters to connect with the government. With the option of recording one’s comments through call, the PM and the Mann Ki Baat program is expected to reach a wider audience throughout the country.

In this scenario, we feel that the toll-free number will become one of the most preferred ways of interacting with the Prime Minister’s Office as it is most accessible, quick and cost-effective for a majority of the population.”
