Adpay, BSNL launch industry’s first MVNO services

Tamil Nadu-based Adpay said that it has partnered with State-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) to roll-out of national Virtual Network Operator (VNO) or Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) services under the latter’s brand AEROVOYCE.
