A Smart Mobility Consortium (the Consortium) on Cellular-Vehicle-to-Everything (C-V2X) technologies has been formed by the Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI), HKT , Huawei Technologies and Qualcomm Technologies, a subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated.
