In order to meet the communication and collaboration requirements of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in India, Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS) and Google Cloud have teamed to deliver Google Workplace suite to these companies.
The digital connectivity enabler said in a statement on Thursday that Google Workspace is "designed to fit every individual business need, optimises workflows for enterprises and employees, helping enhance their productivity backed by 24/7 managed services by TTBS.
With Google Cloud security, Google Workspace unites Gmail, Google Chat, Google Calender, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and more.
Additionally, Google Workspace connects well with a variety of other programmes. For instance, a company might sync its Google Sheets and Salesforce CRM to obtain more insights and remove data silos, or might sync its Google Docs and communication tool Slack to distribute documents to other users with updates and details.
In addition to Smartflo, an advanced cloud communication suite, SmartOffice, a one-box startup kit with voice, data, apps, storage, and more, Ultra-Lola, Smart Internet Leased Line, collaboration solutions, SD-WAN iFLX, built on Fortinet's platform for network optimization and a comprehensive suite of cybersecurity solutions across industries, according to Tata Tele Business Services, the company has strengthened its portfolio of enterprise-grade solutions.
