Tata Teleservices re-appoints N Srinath as Managing Director

MUMBAI: Tata Teleservices said that it has reappointed N Srinath has as Managing Director for a further period of 3 years with effect from February 1, 2017.

"The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2017 has re-appointed Mr. N. Srinath as Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company for a further period of 3 years with effect from February 1, 2017. This is subject to the approval of the Members of the Company and such other approvals, as may be required,"Tata Teleservices informed BSE.

Srinath has been the managing director of Tata Teleservices since February 1, 2011. He has been associated with Tata Group since 1986.
