With 5G comes a wide range of innovative new services, ushering in a new age in the Mobile Economy.
With the theme of Future of Mobile Economy, India's oldest and most prestigious communication magazine, Voice&Data, hosted the 22nd iteration of its signature "Telecom Leadership Forum" (TLF). Industry leaders used the forum as a forum to talk about changes in the communications industry, with a focus on broadband, bandwidth, spectrum, security, 5G infrastructure, edge computing, sensor-based ecosystem, satellite and M2M connectivity, and Industry 4.0.
During its highly anticipated annual event, Telecom Leadership Forum (TLF), Voice&Data, India's leading telecom magazine since 1994, honours and recognises individuals, teams, and organisations in a variety of categories for their innovative work and excellence.
Every year, Voice&Data honours the telecom operators and businesses in this ecosystem that have led their industries with innovations for their ground-breaking work in a variety of areas. Broadband services, 5G mobile devices, innovation, exports of mobile handsets, and customer service were only a few of the categories.
Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited won the prize for "5G network" because it built the largest 5G SA core network in the world, supporting 120 million users and 88 Tbps of user traffic throughout India.
Also, Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited won the prize in the category of 5G Innovation for their creative E2E 5G software stack, which included a 5G/4G Combo Core, software-defined radios, and cloud-native OSS/BSS to enable Jio's 5G rollout in India. Jio receives the award in the Network Infra category for building a sizable infrastructure that includes an 11 lakh km fibre network, 2.95 lakh or more towers, and 3 lakh or more NBIoT-enabled base stations. It receives the award in the category "IoT Platform" for creating a hyper-scalable IoT platform with AI-powered operational insights, remote diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and compliance.
For deploying 5G services in more than 600 cities, Bharti Airtel received the award in the category of 5G Services. This resulted in the broadest and most complete footprint of 5G in urban India.
Vodafone Idea Limited wins the prize in the category Enterprise Business Solution for its cloud-based Vi Business Hub, which altered how Vi Business services engage with customers while enhancing speed to market, CX, and analytics. Also, VI receives the award in the area of IoT Services for establishing a cutting-edge Internet of Things (IoT) lab to test and certify IoT devices, modules, SIMs, and apps based on industry standards. VI won the award in the area of Business Process Innovation for Project Bill of Entry (BOE), which produced a repository of more than 79K required import documents to manage individualised DRI Audit needs. For Vi-business - Mobility, an enterprise digital self-help platform that allows customers to directly manage their telecom experience and boosts employee productivity, Vodafone Idea Limited receives the award for Enterprise CX.

The Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) receives the prize in the skilling category for establishing a Centre of Excellence at NIT Patna to offer top-tier courses in Internet of Things technology, passive infrastructure, and network-managed services.
NTT GDC & CI Pvt. Ltd. receives the award for Datacenter Services for being the first company in India to use liquid immersion cooling technology at its Navi Mumbai datacenter to increase thermal efficiency and deliver green services.
AT&T Global Network Services India Private Limited in the area of Network Solutions for creating vendor-neutral VNF Service Chaining to facilitate ease of consumption and offer self-service capabilities for enterprise users.
The Digital Infrastructure Providers Association (DIPA) receives the prize in the advocacy category for its tireless efforts and coordination with the government to streamline the implementation of DoT RoW Rules across states in India.
In the CSR category, Tata Communications receives the award for initiative MPowered, which supports 1,800 extremely poor women from four regions in Odisha and Jharkhand by facilitating their involvement in the digital, social, and financial spheres.
Jio receives the award in the field of security for its Jio Raksha managed security services portfolio, which reduces complex cyber-attacks in on-premises and multi-cloud environments.
Infinity Labs Ltd. receives the award in the Make in India category for their InfiBharat encryption technology, which was specifically created to fulfil the security requirements of 5G's high throughputs and low latency.
The award for "Skilling" belongs to Vodafone Idea Limited for its "V! Maitree" project, which aims to empower and upskill 147 female employees of third-party logistics partners.
Tata Tele Business Services receives the awards in the area of Enterprise Business Services and Business Process Solution, for its role in facilitating the digital transformation of SMBs through product and process advancements across ICT, including connectivity, collaboration, cloud, and security solutions.
For eNXT, an auto-routing and ticket generating platform that provides quick response and quicker turn-around times to meet customers' needs, Tata Tele Business Services receives the award in the category Business Process Solution.
