Vodafone Idea Brings new Postpaid Plans for Businesses

Vodafone Idea, also known as Vi rolled out new postpaid plans on Thursday. Notably, these plans start as low as Rs. 299.

These plans will target businesses and working professionals. Interestingly, along with voice and data, these plans pack benefits such as mobile security, location tracking, data pooling and entertainment.

Vi Business, the enterprise arm of Vodafone Idea, launched the plans starting at Rs 299. These postpaid plans target businesses including SMEs and startups. What makes these plans interesting are the security features they pack. These security features ensure protection against many scenarios where data can be compromised. The cover incidents such as lost devices, viruses, spyware, malicious apps and websites, and so on.

Next, the location tracking feature is a resource-tracking system. This system will enable businesses to ensure the safety of their field resources in high-risk environments via monitoring them.

Third, the data pooling feature creates a data pool for the corporate, and reduces data overages.

On the occasion, Abhijit Kishore, CEBO, Vodafone Idea Limited, said that their solution addresses “genuine business concerns of data security, employee safety & wellbeing”. Furthermore, he noted that Vi Business Plus provides a "seamless digital experience of connecting, communicating and collaborating for today’s hybrid workplaces". He also said that this worked towards “striking a fine balance between business objectives and employee mobility needs".
