With the country on work from home, demand for WebConference tool has increased, as the employees working from home need these tools to connect to their professional colleagues and also for commercial purposes. Additional bandwidth and network capacity may also be needed, given the increasing number of users and volume of communications," said Sandy Shen, Senior Director Analyst, Gartner.
