Ziox Mobiles announces 111 replacement policy for feature Phones

NEW DELHI: New Delhi-based Ziox Mobiles has announced one of its kind initiative for Ziox Customers ‘111 Replacement Policy’. The policy aims to bring flexibility to its consumers to replace their Mobile Phones in a period of 111 days – also rightly called Ziox Advantage!

The policy shall be applicable for the feature phones, and would get started from the day of purchase/activation (Whichever is earlier). It will help empower the trust for Ziox products in the minds of the consumers and will help maintain the right quality & service in the cluttered Mobile market.

The Ziox Advantage has been designed keeping in mind the dynamic needs of market and will result in Customer/Channel satisfaction and enhancement in brand value.

The Ziox Advantage of 111 Replacement Policy will cover selective states which includes - Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Maharashtra, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. The policy in future might be extended to Pan India.
