On May 31st 2016, ZTEsoft, a subsidiary of ZTE Corporation focusing on telecom IT solutions, and POST Luxembourg signed the Master Procurement Agreement for IT transformation and the Service Agreement Mobius Implementation for the deployment of the upgraded ZSmart 8 BSS Suite (mainly including ZSmart cvBS revenue management solution, ZSmart Online Charging System and ZSmart CRM solution), to help POST Luxembourg streamline business processes and boost operational efficiency.

Being the incumbent operator in Luxembourg offering services to over a million customers, POST Luxembourg needs to consolidate its scattered IT platforms to provide non-differentiated services to its customer base, support centralised operations for both fixed and mobile networks and ultimately improve the customer experience through proactive customer care and innovative digital services offerings. ZTEsoft’s ZSmart 8 BSS suite will enable POST Luxembourg to provide an improved experience for consumers and business customers with faster services and product catalogue rollout times, while reducing costs significantly, and readying POST to engage in vertical industries for digital transformation.

“As we strive to increase continuously our customer experience, we were looking to transform the legacy systems onto a unified platform to improve time to market, maximise processes automation and provide 360 degree view portal services in real-time for both fixed and mobile services,” said Claude Strasser, CEO of POST Luxembourg.

“We appreciate to collaborate with ZTE and use its comprehensive BSS suite to meet customers’ diverse needs, automate the business processes and shorten the time it takes to introduce new, profitable offerings to a demanding market," added Strasser.

In addition to delivering its out-of-the box ZSmart 8 BSS suite to POST Luxembourg, ZTEsoft will also provide a range of end-to-end services, including consulting, configuration, development, customisation, migration assistance and Level 2 Operations and Maintenance services.

“We are so excited to support POST Luxembourg in its strategic IT digitalisation with our upgraded BSS suite. The cooperation with POST Luxembourg consolidates the functionality and capabilities of ZSmart solutions, and enhances customers’ trust in ZTEsoft. We will continue to provide the solutions and services that POST needs to capitalise on new opportunities in the ICT domain,” commented Ben Zhou, CEO International, ZTEsoft.
